Recall Description
This recall involves PowerXL Models DUAF-10 Vortex and DUAF-005 Vortex Dual-Basket Air Fryers are on recall. The U-shaped connector which connects the two baskets of the units can break during use, posing a burn hazard.
Affected models:
The model number is required to register for the recall. If the customer does not have the model, apologize but inform them you must have the model and they will need to call back or go online [www.prodprotect.com/recall/dualbasket] to register.
