Is the Paddle / Paddles in the unit

Is the Paddle/ Paddles in correctly

Did the Consumer allow the proper time delay for mixing to begin (Mixing may start at different times depending on the cycle)

Make sure the paddle and bread pan is clean and has been cleaned between use
