Dough too Thin/Runny

  • If the dough is too thin or runny make sure that the recipe is followed exactly.
  • If the recipes calls for an egg and water equal to a certain amount, make sure that the customer placed the egg in the measuring cup and then added the water to the desired level. Many customer will put the water and the egg creating a runny dough.

Example:

For the 1 lb bread BANANA BREAD, the recipes calls for 1 egg and water to equal 3/4 cup + 3 TBL.

  • The customer must put the egg in the measuring cup and fill the water up to the 3/4 of a cup.
