Toaster Oven - Not Heating

• Check to make sure that the appliance is plugged into a working outlet; try another outlet without using an extension power cord
• Ensure both the temperature control dial and the timer are set.

If the heating elements are not staying on

• The heating elements cycle on and off during baking, this is normal operation.
• In the Broil mode, only the top heating element comes on.
• Check that all knobs are set correctly for the functions you are trying to use.
