It is normal to hear a clicking sound during the keep warm mode. The clicking sound comes from the thermostat while the unit is in the keep warm mode, and it will continue to click on and off during the keep warm period. You will no longer hear the clicking noise when the keep warm mode has ended or the unit is turned off.
