CM5000 - Built-In Grinder

The CM5000 series can use whole coffee beans or pre-ground coffee.

2-in-1 Grinder and Permanent Filter Basket

• In this unit whole coffee beans are ground and brewed in the same grinder.
• The permanent filter is attached to the integrated grinder eliminating the need for paper filters.
• As a safety feature, unit unit will not turn on unless the grinder is positioned correctly and the lid is snapped into place

Using Whole Beans:

• push the "GRIND" button to cycle through and select the optimal grind setting (4, 6, 8, 10, 12) correlating with the number of cups to be brewed.
• When using whole beans, the brew cycle will automatically start after grinding.

Using pre-ground coffee:

• Push the GRIND button to cycle through the settings until you reach the symbol to turn the grinder OFF (see picture below)
