This Reason code is used for units that are leaking from the base

Coffee Maker Troubleshooting

Please check the following if the coffee maker is leaking:

  • Water reservoir may be overfilled or carafe may not be positioned correctly in the coffeemaker.
  • Make sure water reservoir has not been filled beyond the MAX fill line. Check to see that the carafe is correctly positioned on the “Keep Hot” carafe plate of the coffeemaker.
  • The cover of the carafe must be attached securely; it will move up and down easily.
