T1250 Recall Instructions

- No sales of parts or product allowed for this model.
- The consumer will receive a refund of $30.00, unless they have a receipt.
Customer Care Specialist needs to:
- Log the call in the Spectrum Recall Contact Manager
- Document as much information as possible from consumer (Must include all of the customer's contact information, i.e., Name, Address, Telephone, and Email if possible.)
- Advise the consumer that they will receive a recall kit
