T1450 Recall Instructions

• No sales of parts or product allowed for this model.

• The consumer will receive a refund of $30.00, unless they have a receipt.

Customer Care Specialist needs to:

• Log the call in the Spectrum Recall Contact Manager
• Document as much information as possible from consumer (Must include all of the customer's contact information, i.e., Name, Address, Telephone, and Email if possible.)
• Advise the consumer that they will receive a recall kit
