PDC401 Recall Instructions

PDC401/PDC403- The Whole Unit has been recalled

Recall Description The units involved in the recall are: PDC401 and PDC403 Spacemaker Thermal Coffee Maker

• Models PDC401 and PDC403 were first recalled in January because, under certain circumstances, the units can overheat and create a fire hazard.

Instructions:

• Document information in the Contact Manager
• Verify the model and date code
• Have customer mail the cord and note with delivery confirmation
• Offer SCM2000BD (black unit only) or a $60.00 refund if the customer declines
