Blender - Blades Dont Spin

If the motor initiates but the blades do not spin

• Make sure that the blade assembly is not broken or damaged (look at the underside of blade assembly for coupling)
• Make sure that the coupling on the electrical base is not damaged

Possible Reason Codes

Blades - Dont Spin

• Use this reason code if there is no damage to the blades or couplings and if motor turns on.

Blade Assembly - Cracked Or Broken

• Use if the blades assembly is cracked or broken

Coupling - Jar Side Damaged

• Use if coupling on bottom of jar is broken

Coupling - Base Side Damaged

• Use if coupling on the electrical base is broken
