Deep Fryer - Food Soggy

If the food remains soft after cooking is usually due to one of the following reasons:

  • Too much food has been fried at the same time.
  • Food was left sitting after frying.
  • Unit was not preheated or temperature not set high enough (oil did not reach temperature needed for the food to be cooked.)
