Toastmaster
Spectrum Brands has licensed exclusive use of the Toastmaster trademark to Select Brands, Inc. This license is effective until June 30, 2017 and may be renewed.
Select Brands intends to manufacture a full line of products under the Toastmaster trademark. The license agreement requires Select Brands to submit each product for trademark approval.
Select Brands Unit
If the Toastmaster product is identified as manufactured by Select Brands, please refer the consumer to contact Select Brands directly at 913-663-4500 or Email: marketing@selectbrands.com. They do not have a 800#.
Select Brands will be supplying each product with a manual that will include a consumer support phone number.
We will continue to support previous Toastmaster products manufactured by Salton/Applica/Spectrum.
Logging the Call
The call will need to be logged as follows:
- Model filter - Non–Applica Model
- Reason Code - Non-Spectrum Product
- Disposition - FWD: Select Brands Toastmaster
