Thank you for contacting Spectrum Home Appliances.

Our records indicate that your replacement order is on hold because we have not received your requirements. Once your requirements have been received your order will be released.

If the package was mailed by a trackable method, please email us back with the tracking number and the name of the service that was used (USPS, UPS...). If you do not have a tracking number and you sent a check for the shipping and handling, please check with your bank to see if your check was cashed. If your check cleared, please email us back the check # as well as the date that it was cashed. Upon receipt of your reply, we will escalate the complaint for further review.
