Blender - Peak Watts
Peak Wattage
The peak wattage is the maximum instantaneous power output. This means that the peak wattage is the maximum amount of power the unit can produce in a quick burst (1/10th of a second).
The peak wattage is not constant because if you ran the blender at peak power for a constantly, it would likely overheat or cause the circuit breaker to trip.
Depending on which blender cycle the unit is operating on, the unit can achieve a maximum of the peak wattage.
Continuous Wattage Rating
If the unit lists a continuous wattage rating this means the amount of power the motor is capable of producing for a long period of time assuming adequate cooling, load, etc.
