Convection - No Toggle/Control

• Use this reason code for complaints that the consumer wants to turn the convection fan off but cannot do so because there is not a convection toggle switch or controller.

• Do not use this reason code for inquiries about how to turn convection on/off if the consumer is satisfied that convection is automatically turned on with Bake.
• Do not use this reason code if the unit does not have convection.
