- Use this reason code for complaints that the unit powers up and other functions work properly but the unit does not produce any heat.
- Additionally, use this reason code for units with no supplemental features that indicate if it is powering up or not (no digital display or LED).
- Do not use this reason code for complaints that the unit does not reach a high enough temperature.
