CM2035B - Overflow from Brew Basket

Possible Causes

If the consumer states that there is overflow from brew basket:

• Coffee is unable to drip from the brew basket fast enough, causing water to overflow from the brew basket.

Troubleshooting

• 2 filters stuck together - ensure only 1 filter is used.
• Too much coffee was used - ensure the proper amount of coffee is used - 1 Tablespoon per cup, don’t heap too much into each measurement.
• The coffee bean grind is too fine; an espresso or pour over grind was used - use a courser grind.
