GRP472P Lights: What to Tell the Consumer. If the consumer states that both lights come on immediately after plugging in the unit - please advise the consumer the unit is working properly and the manual contains a misprint.

- The units from the initial run of this model illuminate both the green and red lights initially, and the green light turns off when the unit is at temperature. After the initial run the control board programming was updated so the green light is off initially, and illuminates when the unit reaches temperature. There is no reason for concern about the materials, workmanship or safety of the initial units. Therefore, replacement of the unit is unnecessary. The consumer may be told the manual contains a misprint.
