DF1405SKT - Has No Power

If the consumer states that the unit has no power
- Make sure that the basket is positioned correctly. The fryer will only function when both guides of the basket are properly positioned in the tracks.
- Advise consumer to check that the cord is inserted to the rear of the fryer. This must be inserted with the words THIS SIDE UP facing upward.This magnetic cord is designed to detach easily from the appliance; this will cause the appliance to stop heating.
For No Power complaints and Error Code complaints:
- Faults occur when DF1405SKT is being powered by the same circuit as a refrigerator and/or freezer. The power draw from when the refrigerator/freezer compressor turns on causes the DF1405SKT to register a fault.
To resolve this issue, unplug the unit, wait a few minutes, and plug into an outlet on a different circuit.
