PDC401/PDC403- The Whole Unit has been recalled
Recall Description The units involved in the recall are: PDC401 and PDC403 Spacemaker Thermal Coffee Maker
- Models PDC401 and PDC403 were first recalled in January because, under certain circumstances, the units can overheat and create a fire hazard.
Instructions:
- Document information in the Contact Manager
- Verify the model and date code
- Have customer mail the cord and note with delivery confirmation
- Offer SCM2000BD (black unit only) or a $60.00 refund if the customer declines
