CM5000 - 367 Error Code

The code 367 is "program self-check". It is activated by pressing and holding the power button when the unit is plugged in. The unit will not stay in this mode.

If the code will not clear off the screen

  • Reset the unit by unplugging for at lease 10- 15 minutes.
  • Check to ensure the power button is not stuck
