- For the upper plate, first insert the notch located in the bottom of the plate into the corresponding slot on the bottom of the grill
- Next, apply firm pressure downward to completely insert the plate notch into the slot. Finally, apply pressure into the back of the grill to lock the plate into place.
- For the lower plate, make sure you push the two tabs in the back of the plate into the corresponding holes in the grill. Then, apply firm downward pressure to lock the plate in place.
