The bag will burn if the if the white gasket is missing or not cleaned after use.
- Please ask consumer what type of bags are they using, they need to use the bags we recommend in their use and care manual. If the plastic is too thin it will not work with the sealer and will burn.
- The bag will burn if the consumer did not wait 10-20 seconds as recommended in the Use and Care between each seal.
- By allowing 20 seconds between each seal will allow the heating wire to cool off.
