If the food steamer has this feature, the consumer can place herbs or spices in the Flavor Scenter® Screen for added flavor. The consumer does not have to use this feature they may use the drip tray without adding anything to the Flavor Scenter®.
Flavor Scenter Tips
- To prevent small herbs or ground spices from falling through, rinse or wet the perforations before adding seasonings.
- If using herbs, use whole or coarsely chopped leaves
