If the consumer states that the vacuum is not picking up or has low suction:

  • Replace exhaust HEPA filter (if applicable).
  • Empty dust bag or canister
  • Check for a clog in the flexible hose or extension tube.
  • Clean or replace dust filter (if applicable.
