Iron - Will Not Heat

If the iron is not heating

• Verify that the iron is plugged in and that the outlet is working
• Make sure that the Temperature Settings button is not in the off position and is set on a fabric setting
• Iron may have switched to Auto Off feature. Movement usually resets the iron to begin heating but some irons now have a reset button. Please read the owners manual to determine if the unit has an auto-off feature, length of time before the unit stops heating and how to re-activate the unit.

Unit - Doesnt Heat

• Use this reason code for complaints that the unit powers up and other functions work properly but the unit does not produce any heat. Additionally, use this reason code for units with no supplemental features that indicate if it is powering up or not on
