Phone/Tab – New/Unknown Incompatibility

Use this reason code if the consumer:

• Has an Android or iOS device, and it
• Meets OS version requirements, but
• Cannot launch the App, or
• Cannot proceed past the login screen, or
• Cannot establish connectivity

Do Not use this reason code if the phone/tablet is:

• known to be incompatible (use Phone/Tab – Incomp – Known)
• not an Android or iOS device (use Phone/Tab – Not iOS/Android)
• running an OS version to old (use Phone/Tab – OS Incomp – Old Version), or a newly released OS version (use Phone/Tab – OS Incomp – New Version)
