Thank you for contacting Spectrum Home Appliances.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. It has been determined that your unit is under warranty and a replacement order has been entered for you. We ask that you please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery of your new product. For your records, your order confirmation number is ____________.

In regards to your current product, we ask that you please hold on to the unit. You will receive instructions via mail or email on what to do with your unit. These instructions will not be sent with the replacement unit. Please allow 10-14 business days for instructions to arrive.
