In cooperation with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission and Canadian Safety Authorities, Spectrum Home Appliance is voluntarily recalling models ODC440, ODC440B, ODC450 & ODC460. The brew baskets on these coffeemakers may overflow, presenting a burn hazard.

Based on the information you have provided you are eligible to receive a revised brew basket. Discontinue use of this unit until you receive the replacement brew basket.
