Toast - Lift Lever

If toasted food does not clear the top of the toaster

• lift up on the toast control lever (this will raise the food so it can be easily removed).
• the toast lift feature is available in only select models
• Unplug the toaster and allow to cool, then carefully use rubber or plastic tongs to remove items that cannot otherwise be retrieved.
