Toaster Oven - Preloading the Timer

We are sorry to hear of the problems you've experienced with your toaster oven. Issues with toaster oven timers can generally be resolved by ensuring the timer is being preloaded. If your unit has a 30 minute timer: When making toast or using the TIMER function for baking, always turn the knob past 10 and then turn back or forward to the desired setting or time. Make sure to account for preheating time if baking. Alternatively, you can select STAY ON to bake longer than 30 minutes or to control the cooking time yourself.
Setting the timer for models with a 60 minute timer: When making toast or using the TIMER function for baking, always turn the knob past 20 and then turn back or forward to the desired setting or time. Make sure to account for preheating time if baking. Alternatively, you can select STAY ON to bake longer than 30 minutes or to control the cooking time yourself.
