Vacuum Sealers - Bags not Sealing

If the consumer states that the bag is not sealing

  • make sure the white gasket is not missing or damaged.
  • check that the brown insulation (located on the top of the heating wire is not broken.

Basic Instructions

  • Lift the unit lid.
  • Place food or other item in the bag.
  • Place the open end of the bag over the black rubber strip and into the vacuum channel.
  • Close the lid.
  • Firmly press down and hold the hand pads located on both sides of the lid of the sealer unit (the light will turn amber and begin blinking and the unit will make a deep humming sound).
  • Continue to press down until the sound stops, and the light goes from blinking amber to steady red and then back to green.
  • Press the release button, then lift the lid and remove the bag.
