Our Supplier Code of Conduct recognizes standards of the International Labor Organization Conventions, the United Nations' Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations' Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, the United Nations' Conventions on Children's Rights, the United Nations' Global Compact, the Ethical Trading Initiative, the Organization of Economic Cooperation, the Development Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK Bribery Act, any applicable anti-corruptions laws, or any other relevant law which may apply to the specific services provided by the Supplier to Spectrum Brands. Spectrum Brands also reserves for itself or through third party auditors, the right to conduct, or have conducted on its behalf, audits of production facilities and business practices in order to monitor such Suppliers' commitments. Regarding Animal Products: Our specifications do not call for the use of animal products in the manufacturing of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that no animal products were used in the manufacturing processes of raw material manufacturers we source from. Therefore, we are unable to positively declare that our products do or do not contain animal products.
