Use this reason code for inquiries and issues regarding compatibility with devices that do not run iOS or Android, such as Windows Phone, Blackberry OS (however, some Blackberry devices now run Android), or Ubuntu Touch. Make sure to note the phone model and OS in the notes (will be considered for future development)!
