Keep Warm Plate - Nonstick Coating Peeling Or Worn

If the consumer states that the coating on the keep warm plate is peeling or worn, in general this is not a warranty issue. This will not affect the function/performance of the machine.

Reasons that the coating is coming off

• The hot plate peels due to wear and tear of the machine
• Another possible cause would be using abrasive cleansers on the hot plate. This will discolor or peel the finish.
