Keep Warm Plate - Rusting
If the consumer states that the keep warm plate is "rusting" or "corroding" the the customer service agent should inquire:
- What the customer used to clean the warm plate.
- Were any abrasive cleaning products used
If the customer states that the hot plate is "rusting" or "corroding" please follow the Quality Issue Warranty Procedure.
