Unit - Doesnt Brew Properly

Use this reason code if the unit powers up and other functions work properly but the unit does not brew water. Additionally, use this reason code for units with no supplemental features that indicate if it is powering up Or not (no digital display Or LED). Do not use this reason code for units with a digital display Or LED that do not function.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure that the coffeemaker is plugged into a working electrical outlet.
- Make sure the power switch is turned on.
- Water reservoir might be empty. Make sure water reservoir has sufficient water to brew desired number of cups of coffee
- Inquire if the customer has descaled the unit. The unit may require cleaning to remove mineral deposits that build up over time. Coffee Makers - Descaling Instructions
- If the coffeemaker is equipped with a clock and the clock is working properly but the unit will not brew, please follow Normal Warranty Process
- If the unit powers up and other functions work properly, but the unit does not brew water please follow Normal Warranty Process.
Coffee takes too long to brew
