ESWM02/ESWM03 Recall Instructions
This recall only applies to PowerXl Stuffed Wafflizer Models ESWM02 and ESWM03

Recall Description
This recall is for the latch adaptor part only
This recall involves PowerXL Model ESWM02 (five inch) and Model ESWM03 (seven inch) Stuffed Wafflizer waffle makers. The waffle makers were sold in 11 colors including black, white, red, cinnamon, gray, lavender, lemon, ocean, slate, seafoam and sage. The PowerXL logo is located on top of the waffle maker. The product measures approximately 5 inches in diameter (Model ESWM02), or 7 inches in diameter (Model ESWM03). The model numbers and date codes are printed on a tag attached to the power cord, with all date codes included in this recall.
Affected models:
The model number is required to register for the recall. If the customer does not have the model, apologize but inform them you must have the model and they will need to call back or go online www.prodprotect.com/recall/wafflizer to register.
Other Issues
If the consumer has not previously registered and the unit has no power, will not heat, please advise the consumer to contact: 973-287-5106 or visit https://powerxlproducts.com/contact-us Call must be documented in the CRM.
Product Incident
If the consumer has not previously registered, call must be documented and must still be transferred to a Product Incident Specialist at the time of the call. Call must be documented in the CRM.
