If a consumer calls and they are not able to click “Next” on Step 2 the Location Permissions are not enabled. The “Next” button issue has been resolved in an app update.

  • Instruct the consumer to update the app and try to go through setup again.

If this does not resolve the issue, please have the consumer enable location permissions for the WiFi Slow Cooker app manually.

1. Go to Settings -> Applications (apps) -> Application Manager

2. Select WiFi Slow Cooker app

3. Go to Permissions

4. Enable Location toggle
