App – Unexpected Function

Use this reason code for complaints that the App responds in an unusual or unintended way; for example, that the App will not interface with Social Media when using Share on Social, or the App is displaying an error message.

• Ensure the screen is documented along with what the consumer was doing, and whether or not the unexpected function is repeatable.
