CM5000 - Unit Not Turning On

If the unit will not turn on please make sure:

  • the lid is closed properly (Push lid cover down until it snaps into place or until you hear a click)
  • all grinder assembly parts in place
  • the removable showerhead in place.
  • Make sure the unit is plugged into a working outlet.

Grinder Not Turning On

If the Grinder was running but is now not turning on, let it cool for approximately 15 minutes and unplug unit for at least 30 seconds to reset fuse.
