If the consumer placed an order on our ecommerce website: blackanddeckerappliances.com, georgeforemancooking.com, breadman.com, juiceman.com or russellhobbs.com only, please gather the consumer's information below so that we can forward their request:

  1. Billing issues
  2. Order Status
  3. Order Issues

If the consumer received the unit damaged, please process the regular warranty requirements - waive the fee.

If the consumer needs to return the product, please advise the consumer to return the product with their invoice and ship it back to our Redland address.

REMINDER:

New, unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, (shipping charges are not refundable). Items must be returned in new, unopened and unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. The return section on the order’s packaging slip must be completed and sent to Spectrum Brands warehouse with the unopened and unused item. If the returned item is accepted after inspection at Spectrum Brands warehouse, credit will be issued within four weeks. If the return is a result of Spectrum Brands error this must be indicated on the packaging slip.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that are opened, in used condition, or beyond 30 days of delivery may not be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Refund Policy: After your item(s) is received in our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the item is returned in new, unopened, and unused condition with the return section of the packaging slip, credit will be issued.

To Return a Gift: If an upsell item is gifted it may be returned provided the item(s) are eligible for return (unused/unopened). All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser, no exceptions.
