Handheld Steamer - Discolored Water
Models: HGS205 | HGS200 | HGS310
If the consumer states that discolored water is coming through the holes and or is staining the fabric. Residue has possibly built up in the water tank or perfumed or scented additives were used.
Solution:
- Empty the water tank after each use.
- Only use distilled, filtered, or purified water.
- Regularly clean steamer and refrain from using perfumed or scented additives.
Special Notes
- For our handheld steamers, if we receive any complaints that the steamers are steaming sludgy or discolored water, please have ask and notate if vinegar was ever put into the tank and educate the consumer this should not be done.
