IC200 - Has No Power
If the unit is not turning on, or has shut off in the middle of using it
- Check to make sure that the appliance is plugged into a working outlet; try another outlet without using an extension power cord.
- Make sure that the ON/OFF button has been pressed. On the left hand side of the unit is a button that reads ON/OFF The consumer will need to keep their finger on the switch to keep it running. Once they take their finger off the button, the unit will shut off
- At the base of the shroud (L looking piece that you load the ice cream into) you will see a T channel. That piece snaps into the base housing
- You will hear a click when putting together the unit
- If at any time the shroud becomes disengaged from the unit, it will automatically turn off
- This is a safety feature so that the auger is never exposed without the shroud encasing it Depress the release button on the top of the unit to pop out the shroud, and then snap it back into place again.
