Incorrect Date Code

We apologize, the date code provided is not listed as a valid number. In order for us to assist you further, please verify the date code and email us back with this reply. The date code is engraved into the metal prong of the power cord and is 3 to 4 numbers followed by two letters.
If your unit does not have a power cord and is battery operated, we ask that you please check the back or bottom of the unit. The date code may also be located on the inside the battery compartment
