Kettle - Not Turning Off

If the consumer states that the kettle is not turning off please make sure the filter is properly in place and the lid is closed. Our kettles have a steam channel that runs from the top of the kettle to a chamber under the water reservoir. When the steam builds up enough pressure it moves down the channel into that chamber, where there is a steam sensor, which turns the kettle off. If the filter is not in place or the lid is not sealed the steam will not build up enough pressure. See diagram below.
