MX600 – Beaters Will Not Lock in Place

If the beaters are releasing during use:

• Make sure the eject button is not stuck or accidentally being pressed when inserting the beaters

• Ensure the beater is being inserted into the correct opening – the beaters are notched and must be aligned correctly (see diagram below)

• Press the beater into the opening with the notches aligned correctly until it clicks into place

The beaters and mixer openings are notched to ensure the correct beater is inserted into each opening. To insert the beaters, match the notched shaped of the beater to the opening and push the beater in with the notches aligned correctly until it clicks into place.
