MX600 - Dough Gathers on Helix Beaters

The helix beaters included with Black+Decker Helix Performance Hand Mixers were designed to provide efficient general mixing. If dough is gathering on the beaters, or “climbing” up the beaters:

• Make sure the mixing bowl is large enough to accommodate the mixing job, as the helix beaters work best when the dough or batter is under 2” deep

• For thicker doughs we recommend switching to the included dough hooks after most of the flour has been added
