Order Delivery ETA

Standard lead time is 5 to 10 business days.

Product orders are shipped out within 2 business days after the business day the order was placed.

If Day order was placed on:

• Monday Order will ship by end of day on Wednesday

• Tuesday Order will ship by end of day on Thursday

• Wednesday Order will ship by end of day on Friday

• Thursday Order will ship by end of day on Monday

• Friday Order will ship by end of day on Tuesday

• Saturday Order will ship by end of day on Wednesday

Orders are shipped via FedEX Ground. Orders are expedited only in rare circumstances and require supervisor approval and corporate processing.

Part Order Delivery ETA

Standard lead time for an in stock part is 10 to 14 business days. Standard lead time for a backordered part is 2 to 3 weeks.

Do not disclose how many orders are outstanding for a part, how long they have been on backorder or the estimated time of arrival.
